I just did a yahoo search and found out that is one of the words used for "Beefalo are a fertile cross-breed of domestic cattle and the American bison, often called buffalo. ... bedfalo beeralo beedalo beecalo beetalo beevalo beetalo beegalo beevalo beefqlo beefwlo beefzlo beefwlo beefslo beefzlo ..."

Depends on the context. Is it a place filler for a word you can't think of (go to the store and get the... um... beegalloo, you know, it comes in a can...)? Are you going to try to work it into conversation? Or are you just going to run up to me on the street shouting "Beegalloo!"?
