Yes...&...I have...
It is very quiet & gentle...He does speak today as He/She did of old...Both a Devine Voice & the Still, Quiet Voice from within your soul, mind, heart, spirit...
God can speak to anyone...the agnostic, the atheist, believer, non-believer, child, adult, male, female, black, red, yellow, or white persons...the sinner, the saint, to whomever God/HolySpirit chooses.
And No, I am not kidding...'tis true...
Especially for you who are agnostic or atheist I hope you will experience that. Then you will be agnostic or atheist no longer. Until then, I still love you. God's love is unconditional...that means everybody!!!

I suppose if I heard the voice of God and knew that it was in fact the voice of God, that would be great. Because I would have learned something new and surprising... that there is a god. I like learning about truth.
Sadly, no voice.

We can read what His voice has spoken in the bible. We can also hear the voice of His Spirit when we pray. I believe I have heard Him speak to me in the past, and yes, I would like to hear Him continue to speak to me. Thank you for your question.

I hear it all the time from Christians who seem to think they're God.

I hear Her voice all the time. In the birds, the rivers, the breezes, the crickets. She (our Earth of course) gives us all life.
How precious she is; her music delightful. Shhhh...listen
