    How about a nice spicy sausage mied with a bowtie pasta, sliced peppers and onions, topped with an alfredo sauce and diced tomatos. Have it ready in an hour.

    If you are making merguez you should make dinner in about an hour and fifteen minutes (when i get off of work) and you should invite me over. I'll bring the calvados for afterwards. Cigars too.

    5pm cause you are not suppose to eat after 6pm. Your body shuts down at night and does not burn fats.
