    There is not a state within the U.S. where polygamy is legal.

    This begs the question, if you are married to a woman in Florida, but decide to marry a man in Mass. are you committing bigamy in Florida? In Mass I think it would be a clear case of Bigamy, but in Florida, since they don't recognize gay marriage.....

    i don`t think that the polygamy is legal in any state(of usa), but in the state of utah are thousands of polygamists...

    It is illegal everywhere. Go to Utah and do it illegally like the mormons do.
