What items do you like on your omelet?

chese, fresh tomato and bacon. To make your eggs taste evenbetter, after scrambling them(before you put them in a pan) run them through a metal strainer. It makes the eggs thiner and more fluffy and taste alot better.

Here is the best omelet I ever had a couple of months ago. It had, chopped smoked salmon, chopped shitaki mushrooms, green onion, red and green chopped peppers, some bacon bits and some cheddar cheese crumbles. It was absolutely AWESOME!

I sautee onions, green peppers, mushrooms, black olives, and either cooked crisp bacon or cubed ham, then add beaten eggs with a little milk, cook until almost done then I add shredded sharp cheddar cheese and fold it over and cook the rest of the way, OMG it's so good !

omelets are the best! you can put anything on or in them. my favorite is a 2 egg omelet filled w/ pepperjack cheese and green peppers. when the omelet is finished cooking, put a tablespoon of salsa on top. it's so good!

Sauteed onions, garlic, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, and tons of cheese.

And hashbrowns with cheese tucked in the middle!

Bacon, ham, onions, fresh garlic, mushrooms, cheddar, mozzarella, american cheeses, geen pepper, tomatoes, olives, hash browns, sausage, pepperoni, pork strips, steak strips, chicken, fried bologna, salami, ranch dressing, and last but not least picante sauce to top it off!!

Tomatoe and Feta Cheese is my favorite second is Corned beef and Cheddar.

My favorite is diced tomato, green pepper, lean ham, medium cheddar cheese, and a little salt and pepper.
