When I was a newlywed, I made porno gingerbread men and women for our christmas tree. On that theme, you can use a gingerbread cookie cutter to cut from bread , the little boy shapes. then spread on cream cheese. Then go crazy with embelishments, a watercress 'male part' , Olives(the jar of green olives stuffed with red pimento) for a woman's endowment, a sweet pickle , cut into long slivers, for you know what on the male.... you can use the cream cheese base for tea sandwich, then decorate like crazy with minced herbs (or dried parsely) red pimento, or slivered chopped veggies. they are colorful and you can 'manipulate' them into whatever shape you want.

I feel inspired!!! Thanks for the smile!

Both are good for you, each fruit/vegetable has different vitamins. And so as more variety, as better. Vegetables have generally less sugar than fruits.
