For security reasons, the armed forces won't give out APO addresses for the soldiers for anonymous pen pals. But, you can go to www.operationdearabby.com and email your info and request a pen pal that way. You'll have to wait for an answer from someone, but it's the only way I know of to do this without knowing a familly member or someone else who has a serviceman or servicewoman's address.
