When people try to invite me to their 360 or add to friends. It says i'm not accepting invitations.?

How to I make it that I can accept invites, where do I go, what do I need to change?

Update:

Anyone Else having this prolem Just Bud's answer is correct.

    Log in to Ur page, go to my settings. "upper right hand corner" click on Communication Settings. "Left side of page" Yahoo! 360° Invitations, drop down menu, check Everyone on 360.
