Ve a la barra y das click en herramientas, luego en configuración de audio y video.
Sigue los pasos, y para activar el micrófono haces doble click en el icono del sonido junto al reloj y lo activas, si no ves el icono entra al panel de control y en dispositivos de sonido y audio lo activas.
