Implantable device to control criminals?
With the drain that the habitual and violent criminal puts on our society would you support an implantable device to contol behavior or terminate them (I do mean kill)

i think that would be a great way of controling them. as each one of them is deported, implant them.then make sure they stay put.and if they try to come back, then do whatever is needed.

I think we should just send criminals to an island in the south pacific. Then we can let them do whatever they want to each other they just cant leave the island. They will either get along or kill each other and either way I don't care.
