Should Canada, Australia, and the United States join together?

What if the nations began the process of creating something like the Eurpoean Union? The nations are very similar and by joined together they would increase their strength by leaps and bounds.

It will be interesting to see what the impact of the EU getting stronger is. If it causes a negative effect to the economies of the USA, Australia and/or Canada, then it might be an option for them to merge or agree common rules just as the EU has done.

Although it is hard to see how it would work. The EU was created to lower the chances of war in Europe and increase wealth among European nations.

No I don't think that Canada, Australia and the United States should join. At one time all three of the countries were colonies of England. Canada and Australia are still both part of the Commonweath. The United States is very different from Australia or Canada. I would think that it would be more feasable for Canada and the U.S to join. Even though they will not because of our differences. The majority of Canadians are smarter than Americans and we are not as full of ourselves like Americans portray themselves. Australia shouldn't join because it is on the other side of the globe.

    Interesting question.

At least they don't have to fight over what language is the official language. That'd be pretty cool too. Largest country on earth. Bigger than Russia!... I think...

This is beginning to sound more like George Orwell's 1984. If these countries join, you would see the formation of George Orwell's vision. It's a scary outcome though...
