I went through the exact same thing a couple of years ago. I would complain and cry about wanting to lose weight, but never did anything about it. Finally I just got up and moved! -lol-

Just do any physical activity. Walk, jog, dance, anything to get your body going. I lost 30 lbs with just exercise. Home workout videos helped me out too. There are so many variety to keep you from getting bored. Eventually I joined a gym and portion control eating has helped maintain the weight loss. Also check out fitness magazines and books, you don't have to follow the plans, but use them as motivational use.

Don't feel hopeless. There are many, many people out there that do not like their appearance. Don't take anymore pills either. There are no magic diet pills. If you jeopardize your heart health, you'll have much more serious problems to deal with than your weight. First, do not 'go on a diet'. Instead, decrease your portions, eat smaller, more frequent meals. Drink water all day long. You will get addicted to it. Take a multi-vitamin in the morning. This is an easy discipline. Get active: go for a walk, ride your bike, rollar-blade in the neighborhood - but don't make it exercise - make it a fun thing that gets you off the couch. You are young and have the benefit of a faster metabolism. Find your inner strength and resolve and do something for yourself! Good luck.

You are wonderful the way you are and don't ever let anyone tell you different...If you'd like to lose weight and be healthier I would suggest walking with a Friend...it helps keep you occupied while walking and you can go alot further and tend to stay with it more. Good Luck! I'm rooting for ya!

Hang lots of mirrors around your house. Where you have to look at your self all the time. It will motivate you, if you don't like what you see.

Try losing weight with a friend. Excersize together, plan meals together, keep a food diary together, that kind of thing.

I lost 8 pounds in 10 days and a total of 32 pounds in 69 days by using Stack Body Tune Up. My blood glucose was 250 when I started and in 24 days, it was under control. My blood pressure has came down and I feel great.

If I can be of further assistance, let me know.

You sound depressed-maybe you should see someone for that. Once you are mentally healthy again you will be more motivated.
