Why do children act so ridiculous when on computers?

Children will be children, but asking outrageous questions about animal torture in my book puts you right up there with Jeffery Duhumner who tortured animals. As an adult I am not shocked just wondering where your parents are and if they know you are representing yourself as some sort of IDIOT. Can't you find anything more productive to do than act so stupid? Guess not, especially when parents etc. don't care about you.

Update:

Did'nt expect so many bad atitudes but when I heard/read the possible horrific act of mutilating a cat it made me think of Jeffery and thought people like this are in real trouble and really needed a wake-up call BY AN ADULT, seeing that their own people think it is cute or something. So for all your kind words I have one thing to say...hope you never come close to someone like Jeffery or this sicko dude on the computer. Just like anyone of you I am entitld to my opinion and I would not have been happy for my 11 yr. old grandson to see such garbage there still some people on the computer who have feelings and don't view this machinery as a toy to act STUPID with.

Lack of attention or need of fullfilment of slef esteem. yep. either that or they think they can get away with these things until someone gets hurt.

Anyone, not just children can write whatever they want with very little reprocussions to themselves.

They may be acting stupid or they may be serious, I think the danger lies in not knowing.

I flag as abuse, questions that are overly violent.

ought to see what they say about each other? I have my computer in the living room and it is screen saver password protected with me having the password.

I have seen too much from teens that I had to stop it from coming in my house - it has been this way for the past 4 years when my daughter was 13.

I agree with you. Most children on the internet act immaturely. Take MSN for example, if you have a child with it or know someone young that has it, you can just tell which ones are more mature and which one's aren't by their display names. I wish there was a way you could just tell the child to grow up and have him or her actually listen, but most kid's are immature and unfortunately, few will regret their decisions as children as they enter adulthood

Unfortunately, I don't think all those questions are only being asked by kids as young as you think. They are also being asked by younger adults too, who are in their late teens and 20's.

I know, because I talk with people of all generations offline and you would be surprized how stupid some of the young people were.

Your right kids will be kids, don't let it bug you so much, gosh. Your an adult acting like a child. And never say that their parents don't care about them, that's very rude. And I'm sure that they do care about them, so just ignore it. So ask yourself, who's the one being pathetic?

They act stupid because they're kids! What is truly sad is that you as an adult are getting so worked up over it. Really who is more pathetic?
