Who is ticked about the judges ruling in Rode Island?
O.K. I'm tickced off with the ruling that the judge gave the two brothers that owned the Station Nightclub. One gets 4 yrs prison for 100 deaths the other only gets community service and probation. Please, that is disgusting.
I wanted the key thrown away on both of them. You agree with that?

Yeah, I personally think they should have been charged with 100 counts of 2nd degree murder.

No, Sorry but I am not that upset. YES I do have a few issues with this ruling but not in the same direction as yours. The first thing I have a problem with is it WAS NOT just the Stations owners fault. BUT yet they are both the scapegoats. Lets look at the fire/building inspector that gave the Station nightclub its permit. This man was in the building to inspect it and GAVE them the PERMIT. He should be number one in court. And lets look at the band Great White, They had someone who actually set off the pyrotechnics that started this fire. They should have been 2ND in line in court. I am sure there are others but after the first two I mentioned OK lets bring in the Station owners.

I think it's a shame, I believe they should have both had jail time, 10 yrs instead of 4 and 8 instead of probation. let their poor judgement in chaining the doors cost them something! and the band for not having the common sense to use fire in such confined space needs to have to foot the bill for every funeral.

Totally agree with you! They basically committed murder, as far as I'm concerned!
