    originally it was between 30-35 centuries. But recent discoveries put that date far back. The problem is that Pyramids are in the Egypt, they are national treasure. Egypt as a Muslim country cannot accept that something there can possibly be older than Prophet Mohamed told regarding The Creation. Last time radiology tests did show that Pyramids are at least 6 thousands years old (60 centuries) and it's still not final

    The step pyramid at Saqqara was around 2770 BC This was one of the earliest ones

    300 centuries or 3000 years.

    some say as long ago as 4,000 years - Erick Von Daniken suggests that they were built 12,500 years ago, along with the Sphinx
