Does anyone like the Tae BO series workouts?

I have just started doing them 4-5 days a week. I really enjoy the dvds and was wondering if anyone has done them and had good results.

    my roommate does them periodically. she has lost about 20-30 lbs in the past month or so. she has also changed her eating habits, which has much to do with weight loss too. but as long as you enjoy them then keep doing it. its a great cardio workout :) plus good stress reliever when needed.

    i do we had to do them in rotc for pt and it works really good i remember i was sore from my abs all the way down to my thighs for about two days

    i love doing them, it's good to mix it up.
