While the short answer is "no", the longer answer is that everyone needs to take responsibility for their actions and getting drunk in a situation where she could have been sexually abused was clearly not a bright thing to do. Men and women too often use the excuse of being drunk to explain away their bad behavior or bad decisions.
She needs to report the offender to the police, but she also needs to make better decisions in the future about the company she keeps and how much she has to drink.

NO! She shouldn't have been in the situation to begin with, but the abuser had an option to leave her alone, and he didn't, so it's his fault. In her state, she didn't have the option to fight it, so once again, while she shouldn't have been in the situation to begin with, their was nothing she could do about it, so it's DEFINETLY his fault. It's called RAPE

While she put herself into a dangerous situation, and made stupid decision, it is not her fault. It is always the abusers fault.

If the drunk girl said no just once it is definatly not her fault, no matter how drunk, 'NO' is no. The guy is at fault, what more can she do than telling him no??? Or is drinking a common invitation for sex for guys?? I hope it didn't happen to you, if it did, get him arrested. He deserves to pay for it!!

No honey, its not. Who did this to you? Anything done to you without your consent is illegal. It's called sexual assault at the very least, and most likely its rape. Have you told the police?

NO WAY IS IT HER FAULT!! She may have chose to drink, but she did NOT CHOSE to be abused!

I think, its not ur fault, but remember, the girl who is drunk may be she is interested in that activity also......

too many senarios for that question...the guy of course should not have taken advantage of the situation...but she also should not have put herself in that situation in the first place....
