Does anyone know why Haynseworth stomped on Gurode's head?
I haven't been able to find any reason for why he did this. He does seem truly sorry for it. My best guess is roid rage.

Haynesworth got completly blown up on that play. He was frustrated at times like that adreline takes over and sometimes makes bad decisions. I don't think it's something he would do again.

Rage. He has a history of wacko and aggresive behavior. Lineman and other defensive players are bred to be mean guys. But this guy did something that I have never seen happen before. I think this guy is nuts or hopped up on something.
He had no specific reason. He is just an out of control guy, period. I saw Dick Butkus play, the meanest player ever, he pounded guys, even bit a few. But what this guy did is on a new level.
I have heard he is a pretty smart and well spoken person, and probably was sincere in his apology. But he is not able to control his actions, big problem.
I would be surpised if Tenn plays him again, mark my words. He has a 5 game suspension, but don't be surprised if he never plays for Jeff Fisher and the Titans again.

He's a hard player. He's tired of loosing. Gurode blocked him from stopping a touch down...Flusteration..but it was still a bad scene. Haynesworth is a good guy..I hate it happened !

Because he's an immature idiot with no impulse control?
