what a tace truck?

Do you mean a taco truck??? It's a van with a grill inside, fixed up to cook and serve tacos. it's a restaurant on wheels. It usually has a picnic table or two out front, and maybe a canopy over the table. The trucks tend to be found in parking lots in commercial areas where the customers of the stores are mainly Latino. There used to be some really good taco trucks in the Central Valley in California where I used to live.
