What is it between Africans and African-Americans?

Africans don't see themselves as victims like many (NOT all) african-americans do. Therefore their actions and words are not tainted by all the mental baggage. I believe they just see themselves as humans who happen to have dark skin and thus, they generally get treated like that. As soon as a specific group of people walk around with the ideas that they are "entitled" to certain benefits or handouts or special treatment, I think it affects both that group's outlook and how that group is perceived by the rest of a society.

Africans are from Africa. African Americans are individuals of African descent born in America or naturalized in America. Though this time period is in most cases used for all "darkish-skinned" individuals which makes it in most cases faulty ie: as aboriginal populations are from Australia no longer Africa. Additionally there are "white" Africans. As to, "variations in ideology, topic, and matters like that" each Africa and America are gigantic locations with quite a lot of local variations. Any reply given could be overly generalized and probably offensive to a couple individuals.

PS Maybe its because African Americans feel like they have something to prove

Many african americans feel as if caucasians and others still owe them something for their past treatments

Actual African immigrants in the USA are decent, hard-working people who are not full of the hatred and rage toward whites that American-born blacks have. They have a mentality of working hard and bettering themselves, not the lazy attitude of entitlement that American blacks succumb to.

ITS SIMPLE...nothing, they loves each other, they r equal and peacfull and lovely

They don't buy into all that ghetto dogma.
