Recipe for coffee mousse - using marshmallows?
I had a nice recipe for the above - black coffee, cream, marshmallows, maybe sugar. It came from a book called "Cooking for the Zodiac" or something like that. Book was water-damaged in a flood and got slung, and now I want the recipe:-( Can anyone help? It DOESN'T contain nuts or sponge fingers - it's just a mousse.
If it's any help the book had a purple cover ... you never know, someone may have it in their collection!
Thanks in advance!

48 lg. marshmallows
1 1/4 c. double strength coffee
1 c. whipped cream
Grated chocolate
HINT: Need a quick dessert? Try Coffee Marshmallow Mousse. Just heat 48 large marshmallows with 1 1/4 cups double strength coffee and stir until marshmallows are melted. Turn into a medium bowl and chill until thickened (about 20 minutes). Fold in 1 cup of whipped cream and chill until ready to serve. Garnish with grated chocolate.

The only thing I've found on a quick search is Rose Eliot's Zodiac Cookbook. Assuming you're in the UK, there's a copy in somebody's Ebay store, or if in the US there's more than one copy in people's stores.
Unfortunately, none of the listings have the full contents listed in them, so I can't tell you if this is the one you're actually looking for or not. You could always try emailling the seller to see if they can tell you if that recipe is in there before buying it.
If you Google "coffee mousse" and "marshmallows" it brings up a huge list of recipe sites, but I've not made any of them so again I couldn't give you a recommendation.
