You may be able to extend the look of the blacks and brightly colored garments by the following

Use Woolite® Dark Laundry fabric wash, which is made to minimize fading of dark colors.

If only mildly dirty, wash in small washer load, or wash separately on delicate, or hand wash.

Turn the garments inside out to wash. This reduces the amount of abrasion the clothes experience during washing.

Use mild detergent and avoid using too much detergent. Harsh detergents are hard on dyes.

Do not leave in the dryer too long. Take out when still slightly damp. The heat in the dryer ages fabrics.

Dyes are also affected by sunlight, and from abrasive wear.

You can dye the faded ones. As for keeping the new from fading wash in coldwater (I always turn them inside out - Cheer makes a detergent specifically for black clothes. I have had success with this method.

There is a dye made by RIT. I would not use it though unless the article of clothing is completely black because it will dye everthing. One thing that will help with the fading process is to turn the article of clothing inside out when you wash it and was with cold water. Hand washing with Woolite would be best.

Get some Rit dye and dye them all black again. From now on when you buy new clothes, wash them in cold water to prevent whatever you want not to fade.

Try adding a cup of white vinegar to the wash. It will remove any soap residue stuck in the fibers of your clothing.

To prevent fading, wash and dry your clothes inside out.

You can re-dye them with dye in your washing machine. Just make sure they don't have any patches or anything you wouldn't want black. After that they have special laundy detergent for black clothes. It's made by Woolite I think.

in the previous you run your darkish outfits for the time of the wash after donning them for the 1st time throw them interior the bathing device rinse cycle on chilly with 2 C of vinegar. The vinegar facilitates to set the dye on your outfits making it tougher to bathe out. i exploit liquid All loose and sparkling on my black outfits, although I extremely have heard some great things approximately Cheer darkish (my family individuals is allergic to it). We then run Downey extra suitable Care for the time of the rinse. A tip: once you're paying for garments, in case you are able to, seem for garments that are yarn dyed not fabric dyed. Yarn dyed outfits save their colour longer by way of fact each and every strand of thread has been in my opinion dyed.
