I don't know why but this question made me laugh, a lot. I would have to say that it doesn't matter where you get the sunburn but the degree of the sunburn. But, the lesser-exposed parts of your body will probably be more sensitive.

It's all bad... But the back is really bothersome because you can't sit back in a chair.
Worse sunburn pain I remember though was on my chest... When I think about it I don't even want to think about going to the beach.

I definatley think that it is a total coverage frome your waist up. You can't sit, sleep, drive, watch tv, bend your back or any movement that causes your skin to stretch. Other than that i think that the back of your neck is because you cant move your head or shower with the water hitting it.

I sunburned the top of my head, where my hair parts......I've never had a burn hurt like that one.

I can say this with experience I'm sad to say - but..your nipples no doubt...Went on my first cruise a few years ago, just me and my best friend. We thought it would be cool to hang out on the topless deck -well it was...for a while...all I can say is OUCH...ha ha
