i think insteaed of asking on yahoo ans, you should talk with those persons who are very much close to you, like your mom, teachers, and true friends. beacuse they will provide you a ans which is correct on all grounds such as psychological, practical etc. (anyone else will only give you subjective choices, which may not true)

but refering to internet, by this i mean sites of foregin universities and foregin ambessyes will solve your problem. make your list of requirments before doing that.

The best place for graduate school depends on where the renowned scholars in your field are located, the reputation of the school, and the quality of library and research materials available for your research topic. Generally for maths, I would say MIT is the best place.
