Graduate school with reputed Engineering and Design departments?

Hi,

Im applying for graduate school in the US, fall 07 and am currently shortlisting schools to apply to. I am looking to get a masters degree in Embedded Systems. However I also want to take some courses in Product Design. So I am looking for schools with both a reputed Engineering school as well as a good Design school. Any suggestions?

    Michigan, Illinois, Berkley, Texas, GaTech, Purdue, Arizona State
