How do I write my resume to apply for an adjunct college instructor if I have no experience as a teacher?
I have a Masters and have trained staff on various projects and I have taught Sunday School to preschoolers. No college or high school teaching experience though.

College professors do not need teaching credentials, they need expertise in the field they are teaching. Emphasize your credentials/background in the specific field you want to teach in. In an "other" section of your resume you can discuss your familiarity with teaching methods and the fact that you have trained staff and children at Sunday School

I had no experience teaching when I was hired as an adjunct faculty - just some tutoring of high school students.
When you highlight your skills indicate the training staff on projects.
Usually when colleges hire adjunct faculty they are more concerned about their knowledge in the content area than ability to teach. You can learn from teachers who are there. . .and some of it comes naturally.
