    Pei, we have community road side pick ups all the time. curb side pick up by-monthly for waist, recyclables and compost.

  • I can say that they are pretty much all clean. Canadians take pride in the environment. As for cities the dirties one is TO (Toronto) then Montreal last time I went I was saddened by the downtown. But compared to large cities like New York all Cities I have been too are really clean. I live in SoCal and miss the cleanliness of Canada

    That's a difficult question to answer, as I don't believe there have been any surveys on that specific question.

    Probably the worst provinces would be Ontario and Quebec, simply because they have the largest populations.

    Probably Prince Edward Island. It's a very clean province...the people there take great care of the environment because of their dependency upon tourism.

    I would say Sakatchewan due to the lack of people.
