I am trying to watch inner tube tv and I wanted to go to large screen and it said that my bandwidth is to narrow, so what is this and does my graphic's card have anything to do with it freezing frames all the time.

if you bandwidth is to narrow then that means you cannot get enough bytes through your internet connection. think of it as a small pipe and you water is going through it and when that pipe is full that is all that is going to get through so that is like your bandwidth.
