inner tube tv?

I am trying to watch inner tube tv and I wanted to go to large screen and it said that my bandwidth is to narrow, so what is this and how do I correct it, I have dsl connection.

Does my graphic's card have anything to do with it freezing frames all the time on the inner tube tv.
