inner tube tv?

I am trying to watch inner tube tv and I wanted to go to large screen and it said that my bandwidth is to narrow, so what is this and how do I correct it, I have dsl connection.

Does my graphic's card have anything to do with it freezing frames all the time on the inner tube tv.

Thanks for your help in advance

Update:

how do I find the dsl bandwidth?

When I am trying to watch inner tube, I close all other windows and just have the inner tube running...

Update 2:

how do I go about finding the data rate of my dsl, it is through centrytel the phone company.

When they say you don't have enough bandwidth, that means the data rate of your download speed isn't good enough to handle the amount of data they want to send you. It is like trying to shove three people at a time through a doorway that is only built to allow two at a time. It won't be able to feed you enough frames at the correct framerate to keep it smooth.

You need to tell us what your DSL speed is, since it comes in so many varieties. You also need to tell us if you are doing something else while you are trying to watch "inner tube tv," like file-sharing or some other kind of Internet hogging activity that could tie up your speed. The answer might be to stop all other Internet activity while watching, or get better DSL service (which unfortunately costs more money).

There are also all kinds of other factors in video playback quality. Besides data rate, there is also how fast your CPU can decode the video stream. There is also the question of how up-to-date your codecs are. If you are using older codecs, and the video is using newer codecs, your computer might stutter as it tries to figure out how to decode the video.

There are lots of factors. Without more information, we can't help you.

    NEW EDIT:

Go to http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ and click on the location nearest you. This will tell you what your actual DSL speed is. Compare it to what the telephone company says they are giving you--just call them for the info. Or it should be on their website.

Its the wrong error message, DSL is called Broadband, you should be loading fast enough. You may want to try letting it all load at once(push stop and wait until it loads and then play).

If people find it violating the Community Guidelines, they'd report it. Then the Yahoo! Moderators will make the final decision. BTW, these types of things happen all the time. You just have to get used to it.

It's probably both your graphics card and your internet speed being too slow
