True. I believe that it is true because people are more apt to be under pressure during heavy traffic, trying to pick the kids up from school, trying to run those last minute errands. They are in a hurry to reach a destination and have no patients with the other drivers. Therefore they say and do things, that ordinarily, they wouldn't consider, such as cussing another driver out or flipping someone off etc.

I thought it was, a persons true nature comes out when they drink, because they don't care what they say, they just say what they think.

I believe that is false as far as "true nature" goes, but I believe it to be true as far as "maturity" goes. Our true nature is with us from childhood, but maturity only comes with wisdom and experience.
