Songs that speed up during refrain?

I'm creating a playlist for my IPOD to use when running.

One playlist I want to consist of songs that are relatively slow and mellow during the verses and then speeds up considerably during the refrain.

This is so I can easily work some sprints into longer runs.

As many songs as you can come up with would be great.

    Loco by Coal Chamber maybe... a lot of stuff like MudVayne has faster refrains

    I run to St. Elmo's Fire on repeat...it's the ultimate running song. haha, you should be cool like me and follow my lead!!! =0p
