Any other guys here HATE grocery shopping?

yeah it's a pain in the butt..worse part is..paying out at the checkout. I usually go in the early morning hours or on Sundays when it is not too busy and avoid the lines at checkout.

I usually make a list and try to get things that I know I use all the time..such as milk,and coffee creamer..and try to stock up on paper goods at Big Lots,or Family Dollar which usually is pretty reasonable for toilet paper and paper towels.

Stocking up on items such as shampoo,hand soap ( I buy the liquid kind for the bathrooms),laundry soap,shaving cream ,toothepaste..will save you multiple trips to the store.

I looked into buying groceries online gut there is a sign up fee and and a surcharge also,and you have to do it when you are home,otherwise they will leave your groceries outside and they can be taken by someone,or animals can get into them.

I am single and I notice also when I run out of things in the house that I need to make a "stock" run,so I won't have to do it so often.

1 or 2 stock runs..( I call them),and that should eliminate multiple shopping trips..,which I despise,but I do like to woman watch when I am out,and who knows maybe one of these times when i go to the store,I might meet someone and not be single for long.

I hate it when my husband goes grocery shopping. I send him down to get a couple of things that should cost $5 and he comes home after spending $75. It's just cheaper for me to go by myself.

Yes. It's not so bad picking stuff out and weaving back and forth between people, it's the wait in line with the rest of society, makes me feel like a rat in a cage. Im the nicest person in the world but inside my head in the grocery store line Im ready to go postal. You should see inside my head in Walmart or other nightmares like it, can you say timebomb?

Shopping for me, is one of the most rewarding moments in my life!

In my "Professional" life I have to dress like a freakin' penguin and give lectures on "Sales Techniques for Small Companies" and "Marketing for Middle Level Business," I even give talks on "The Dangers of Militant Atheist-Materialism" I ******' HATE every second......

As I am the "Chef" of our family, one of the only joys of my damn life is to go shopping. I talk to the others of my trade, (mostly women, I'm sorry to say) about the best quality vegetables, fruits, meats and so forth, and I actually LEARN something! One of my greatest moments of peace and tranquility is when I'm shopping!

I have NO idea why you hate it so much, but personally I think that you SHOULD re-evaluate your opinion...........

i love grocery shopping.

my parents do the shopping and i always like going w/ them. the part i dont like is putting the groceries away.

its quite ok man. take it easy. maybe it'd be fun if you cld afford groceries

nah it's fine, especially when u go with someone fun.
