Australian Power Points with Round Earth Holes?
A question for the sparkies out there.
I remember from my days in High School that appart from the usual 10 amp and 15 amp power points they also had power points which have a round earth pin instead of a flat pin.
My question is why do these outlets have a round pin and what sort of purpose are they for ?
I'm not refering to three phase outlets here. Here is an example from the clipsal website.

3 phase power-points have round pin holes 4 of them
normal power-points don't that i have ever seen
