where can i buy cheaper mobile phones?

this all depends on where you are frm and the stores available in your area. however, i think U.S. Cellular has some of the best priced plans.

Anywhere they sell cell phones. If you're looking for new service then whatever company you go to and/or look for will have specials where you can get a free phone with a 1 yr or 2 yr contract. I personally love cingular, I've had them for years and have never had a serious issue, and whatever issue I've had, they've solved it quickly. I also love the fact that they have the rollover minutes because I think it's a waste to throw away the minutes that haven't been used not to mention you can always use the extra minutes! =)

Some Cell providers offer free phones

wirefly.com has the best prices i have seen and will set you up with a contact with a mobil company that you chose cingular is great i have had them for 4 years and love it .

depends what service u have now.i have verizon, i think thats the best. cingular and tmobile are aswell very reliable. but if those r too expensive, then u can have vonage or virgin mobile.

You can get them at just about any gas station now, Walmart, Target even some grocery's sell them.
