I need a MS Access Query that will seperate phone numbers by Time Zone?

I need a data base that has all the US area codes seperated by time zone. then I need to know how to tell my data base to seperate them.

    Start with a web site that lists all the area codes and their time zones. There is one below, but there may be easier ones to use. Next, copy all the information into an Excel spreadsheet, save, then use the <Open> command in Access to turn the spreadsheet into a database. Finally in your query, link your existing table of numbers to the new table by area code, pull the time zone and sort by the time zone.
