My laptop won't let me access Windows. What is the best option?
My laptop stays in "SAFE MODE", posting an error message similar to: "Drivers32 file missing or corrupt".
While reading a website, I recieved a strange message that " files are being dumped to documents folder." After recieving the message, I noticed that it became progressively harder for the WINDOWS screen to load. Every time I turned on my laptop, the black and white "safe mode" screen would pop up....then countdown from about 30 seconds.....then pop up again, like a revolving door. No matter what I tried, the screen would just keep repeating itself -- without so much as even letting me see the password screen. Also, the power supply to the laptop became very erratic.
My question: Is it better to use the original software that came with my laptop and reboot to solve the problem? Or, is there some software that will repair my drivers and get my computer running again--preferably without rebooting?

At this point, I would definitely try to reboot first, and see if you can logon to the system. Most repair programs for registry and such are good tools, but nothing short of a reformat is going to completely erase a bad virus or worm, so you might always have issues if you don't format and reload.
If Windows still will not load "Safe Mode" or "Last Known Good Configuration" after a reboot, then most likely you are going to have to format the hard drive and reload the Operating System.
I would recommend UBCD (Ultimate Boot CD) for zeroing the drive completely and then reload your Windows OS.
Generally using your original software cd is the best option b/c you are not downloading a file so there mostly likely are no corrupted files on the cd. However, after installing your Operating System, make sure to put an antivirus program in place before you go online to download all of your Windows Updates! A decent freeware program that I use is AVG.
If there is important data on your laptop that you must recover, I would recommend Acronis True Recovery System. However, if you are completely unable to boot your computer, this is probably not going to be an option.

some virus make your computer shutdown after countdown, i don't know much about the problem that you have, but it's better if you restore your Computer Software from your Laptop original software. It will make your computer like a new computer again.
If you try to repair all your drivers, i'm afraid it will take a long time, and the result may not satisfied you.
Remember to backup all your important files first

have you ever grew to change into on the hardchronic? starting off from the start.. in basic terms checking.. Its the first step in troubleshooting. in basic terms making particular I wasn't dealing with a fool heh. what type of hardchronic is it? Does it tutor thechronic in 'my computer'?

You have something very goofy going on. I would say your best option would be to format and reinstall everything. Backup everything first!
