  • Ultra320 SCSI Adapter?

I have an old tape drive at work that I just replaced with a new model. Instead of recycling it, I thought I would reuse it to backup my home PCs. The drive connects externally via an Ultra320 SCSI port, and I do not have any PC at home with a SCSI card in it. Are there any SCSI to USB/SATA/etc. adapters available? I did some searching, but came up empty.

  • Galaxy Note VPN Issue?

I have a Galaxy Note that I am attempting to connect to my work's VPN. I set it up for IPSec Xauth PSK and input the server address, IPSec identifier, and the PSK. It works fine when connected to our company's WiFi, but from any other hotspot it won't connect. I am using the same server IP that our laptops use and I do have it set up on my iPhone with the same info as well (and it works fine anywhere). Is there something I'm missing??

  • New Yahoo! Mail is slow?

I really do like the new upgrades to Yahoo! Mail. The interface is very spiffy, and the added features are great. The only issue I have is that it is now very slow. Even deleting and moving emails is very lagged. Is there a plan to fix this issue?

  • Tiny USB 3.0 Flash Drive?

I currently have a 16GB Corsair Voyager Mini USB 2.0 flash drive. It's great, but I would like to get a 32GB model, preferably with USB 3.0. I have been looking, but can't find any tiny USB 3.0 drives that actually have decent read/write speeds (for USB 3.0). Does anyone know of a drive than can meet these requirements?

  • Open clothes storage?

I am looking for a very cheap option for open shelves for clothes storage in our bedroom. The issue I run into is height...our bedroom is an attic space that has been finished into a room. The walls only go up to about 4 feet high and then start to angle in for the ceiling. We currently have some short dressers, but usually just end up leaving our clothes in the baskets. So, I was thinking that an open dresser/shelves would be an excellent way to organize. Are there any cheap options available? We don't have much money to put into this project.

  • Jeep Cherokee Sport brakes issue?

The rear drum brakes on my Cherokee are locking up sometimes. Usually, when I am going fairly slow and coming to a stop. If there is gravel or snow they will just lock up and slide sometimes. I already replaced the brake drum and the shoes, along with new hardware in the drum. I always use my e-brake for the automatic adjusters to work. Any idea what could be going on?

  • Heat Gun Temperature Setting for iPod/iPad screen removal?

  • External account using IMAP?

Can I add an external account to Yahoo! Mail using IMAP instead of POP? The only option I see is to use POP.

  • DVI to HDMI with Audio?

I just built a PC to connect to my TV for viewing videos, playing music, etc. I have a video card in it that has a DVI connection. My TV has a VGA port (I have a DVI to VGA converter) with a 3.5mm audio jack that I am currently using to connect to the TV with.

I want to connect the DVI and 3.5mm audio to an HDMI port on my TV to get better quality. I have looked, but the only option I see are almost $100 (box to convert DVI and 3.5mm audio to HDMI).

Is there a cheaper option I am not thinking of?

  • Budgeting advise for paychecks?

Recently, my wife got a new job. Previously, we were both getting our paychecks semi-monthly...but now, she is getting hers bi-weekly and mine is still semi-monthly. • Gateway M-7315u CPU Upgrade?

I have a Gateway SA6 laptop with an M-7315u motherboard installed (Intel GL40 chipset). I was wondering if I can upgrade the CPU that is currently installed (Pentium Dual Core T3400) to a faster one. I have looked everywhere, but can't find what CPUs are actually supported for this board.

  • YuGiOh inventory software?

I am looking for a program, like Magic Assistant or Magic Suitcase for Magic: The Gathering...but for YuGiOh cards. I just got a ton of cards given to me and would like to keep track of how many of each I have and also preferably card prices right in the software. I know there quite a few of these programs for Magic: The Gathering, but I am having a lot of trouble finding one for YuGiOh cards.

  • Magnifying lamp clamp...?

I am looking for a clamp (just the clamp) for a magnifying lamp I bought a Staples a few years ago. The lamp itself works great and I do like it, but the plastic clamp broke on it, so it cannot clamp to the desk anymore. I don't want to spend money on a whole new lamp since I just need the clamp. But, I can't find any anywhere! Any ideas?

  • How often do twitter feeds update?

I have participated in a few Twitter Party contests where you have to be the first one to answer. I noticed that when I have the page of whoever is hosting the contest along with my home page open, they update at different times. And also the hash search I did updates at a different time as well.

How often do the Twitter feeds update? Even though it takes me MAYBE 5 seconds to answer, I don't see my post show up until a bit later and there are many many others ahead of me. I'm wondering if I am getting the host's post soon enough?

  • Rap song called Spiffy?

I had a rap song quite a few years ago that had a sample from Strawberry Letter 23 and also Street Fighter 2 ("Round 2!") right at the beginning. I remember the title was "Spiffy" (or at least that's what the filename said). Does anyone know what that was? I have it stuck in my head and have been searching everywhere for it with no luck.

  • HTML news "frame" in table cell?

I have a website made with tables. I am upgrading a site built on Frames so that it will look better. With the frames, I have a frame that I use for news so that it appears on each page. I would like to do something similar with the new site. I guess the <iframe> tag is now obsolete. Is there anything similar that I can put into a table cell so that it appears on each page (and so that I don't have to edit it on every page as well)?
