It really varies. I never had any symptoms except a missed period at first. Then I noticed subtle changes in my skin (at about 4-5 weeks). It felt warmer and softer and I was sweating a lot. I knew this was not normal for me and just knew I was pregnant. I unfortunately miscarried but believe me, I will test again if I start to feel those symptoms. Every woman is different and they may feel different at varying times throughout their pregnancy. I would consult your Ob/Gyn Doc and read a few books to know what to expect.. But sometimes, there may be symptoms that even they don't tell you.

It really depends on the woman. If you can, ask your mom when she started feeling symptoms and what they were. That might give you a clue what to look for and when to look for it. Sometimes women claim to "feel pregnant" within days (my mom did), others have no clue for months. Common symptoms are sore and tender breasts, frequent urination, very light pink spotting, and, of course, a missed period.
I'm actually wondering about some "symptoms" myself right now, so I guess I'll be able to tell you pretty soon whether they were accurate or not. If I am preggers, I started feeling some symptoms about three days after conception.

i might want to assert about 4 to 6 weeks after theory. This varies in each and every female though. it oftentimes lasts as a lot as your 4th month of being pregnant at about 16 weeks. some signs and indications are wanting to urinate better regularly issues, morning sickness (or all day sickness at any hour) and fatigue
