Word problem?
Ted is putting up wallpaper in his bedroom. He is putting animal decals along the top border of the paper. The paper is 24 inches wide and each decal is 5 inches wide. If he begins with both paper and decals in one corner of the room, at what distance from the corner will the paper and decals first end at the same spot?

I would try drawing a diagram so you can understand this question yourself. 4 decals at five inches wide could go on 24 inches of wallpaper. That takes up 20 inches. You have 4 inches left. If you divide that in half you will have to start 2 inches from one corner to leave 2 inches at the end.

120 inches. All you have to do is multiply 24 and 5 and you will get your answer! Hope this helps!
