What is your favorite Chronicles of Narnia book and why?

I liked all of them it is so hard to choose just one.

I enjoy most of them except A Horse and His Boy. I love The Lion the Witch and The Wardrobe. It was the first. It was the introduction to the magic that is Narnia. Voyage of the Dawn Treader has always been enjoyable because I liked the adventure of going to the different islands. I loved Eustace's time as a dragon and his reformation. Silver Chair isn't quite as magical for me. But I must admit I do love Puddleglum. And I liked the idea that their troubles began because the kids wouldn't stay focused on the three signs/messages that Aslan gave to Jill at the beginning. I enjoyed Magician's Nephew because I liked to see the creation of it all. But I still feel very strongly that it is weak to start the series off with that book instead of The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe. But I love The Last Battle. It is so good. It is just wonderful. So The Last Battle or The Lion the Witch and The Wardrobe would be my top pick.

"The Voyage of the Dawntreader". It's the most magical and spiritual, I love stories about ships, and Eustace Scrubb is such a great character, some really funny moments with him.

And I can't wait for "Prince Caspian" to come out on film!

The Magician's Nephew. I like that they go to different places in the book.

"the horse and his boy" is my favorite. i just really liked the characters and the plot. but they are all wonderful.
