A good post workout coold down would be walking 5-10 minutes then hit the showers or hot tub. When you're relaxed stretch for 10-20 minutes.

Post Workout I like mix of protein and carbs, but its best to make your own shakes. The best protien powder on the market is Biotest's Metabolic Drive. You can check it out at www.t-nation.com.

    A couple recipes:

    1 cup Orange Juice

    1-2 scoop Strawberry Protein powder

    1-2 handfuls raspberries

    Ice

    belnd smooth

    or

    1 cup milk

1 scoop Chocolate or Milk Chocolate Protein powder

    1/2-1 cup cottage cheese

    1/4-1/2 cup peanut butter

    Chocolate syrup

    Ice

    Blend smooth

A good warm down after cardio is just to slow it down almost completely for about 5 to 10 minutes. As far as weights stretching will do wonders. Just don't eat really heavy. Good protein shakes are something called IDS and another one called ISS. Put it in a glass of milk or orange juice an hour before working out and it gives you the strength and takes the place of a meal. You can also do that during the day when you don't have time to cook. It cost about $30 or so.
