Is HTML or pCode allowed when posting a question or answer?

Sometimes it is simpler to post a table with an answer, and would look cooler too. Or maybe I want to highlight some text with an underline, but can't. Is there a work around like pCode and if so is there are list of available tags.

HarshawJ, we don't currently have any special code for Yahoo! Answers--just plain text (and automatic links). We don't want to add features that answerers can abuse to distract readers from the content, but we're interested in features that would allow answerers to better organize their answers. If you have a specific list in mind of what you'd like to see, let me know so I can discuss it with the team. Thanks!
