How much is the 2007 Cost of Living increase going to be?

    I don't think it's going to be much because of the excuses coming from the heads of employment.

    If they do give a cost of living increase it won't be more then 2% if that.

    Social Security payouts are indexed according to the cost of living increase, and they generally run about 2 percent. No reason to expect much difference in 2007.

    3.5% in NY. I dont know how across the board that is though.
