What's a good brand name DVD recorder?
I'm looking for something that records and plays multi formats,
without locking up, skipping chapters, etc. I would also like it
to include a VCR recorder.

I have a Philips DVD recorder, and am very pleased with it. Some family members have Sony and say it's the best...either way, both have the DVD and VCR combo.
