My mom is my role model, she and my stepfather have been together for 24 years and he is a business owner. When my siblings and I were younger, my mother was able to stay home and raise us because my dad's business is very successful. However, she still managed to maintain her independence by starting her own business from home (she is an excellent seamstress). She does wedding dresses, prom dresses, etc. She and my dad combine their incomes and are excellent providers for my siblings and I. I am grown, married and on my own now. Now that I think about it I should say that my parents are my role models, they are strong people who taught us the importance of education and hard work. This is something that is being passed down to my children and my nieces and nephews. I am grateful for my parents because I feel that they were excellent role models for us. No drinking, smoking or anything of that nature just two hard working people who worked hard to provide a decent living for their family.

Jesus and my parents. Jesus because he saved me and his forgiveness and grace. My parents because they have always been a beautiful example of a happy and solid marriage and friendship and unconditional love.
