My favorite is breakfast burritos. Add whatever else you have in the fridge like onions, peppers, coldcuts like strips of turkey or ham, and salsa and just heat it up and wrap it in a soft taco or burrito shell. Or add it to white rice with soy sauce and a little cooking oil for fried rice.

Chinese Fried Rice.... made by a white guy....
make your minute made rice as directed..
get a large stir fry pan, put a little oil in the pan just enough to barely cover the bottom mix in a little soy sauce, mix in the rice stirring always, mic in some peas and carrots and thinly sliced celery, and scrambled eggs stir stir stir & serve mmm mmm good

Yes there is a great dish called Kedgeree which is scrambled eggs and haddock (fish) ,parsley, and some cheese grated and a bit of saffron. yummy

I like to mix scrambled eggs with some hamburger, diced up green peppers/potatoes, cheese. Whatever you would like to add.

Add finely chopped onion and mayo. Salt & pepper to taste.
Best egg salad sandwhich without the mess of shelling hard boiled eggs.

A breakfast burrito. Take a flour tortilla ,place eggs, shredded cheese and your favorite salsa on it, put it on a plate microwave it until the egg is warm and the cheese melted. Add sour cream, if desired ,roll up and eat

Hmmm... make a breakfast burrito! Tastes yummy! (Warm a tortilla, spread eggs on it, dab of salsa and sour cream, grated cheese, roll it up and enjoy!)
