Well consider the fact that he might be thinking of dumping you before the windfall rolls in. If you just in it for money then you could probably take that risk if your willing to deal with the possible end result. I would take the safe way and get out so he dosen't get the idea that you just went along for the windfall later

Did this start when he found out the money is coming? There are a lot of people that are going to tell you "no, its not worth it" but those same people, if they were in your shoes, might do the same thing. Stick it out and wait. Money is powerful. Its not everything but you can't live without it. I say, as long as your not getting hit on or beat up, if you can do it, stick it out, take the money and run.
