r their any US companies who provide help in securing employment and visa status for graduating Teacher?

Friend graduates in dec.2006 in panama and would like help aquiring visa, work permit, and secure employment. Are thier ne US employers,or non profit agencies who pre-recrute and help process work permits,visa and housing issues as a prerequiste to employment for a bi-lingual graduating teacher

    As a repercussion of 9/11, It is very difficult to get work Visas right now as many quotas have not been raised for 6-7 years and many have been lowered. H-1B work visas are usually only for technical engineering, computer science, biotechnology with Master's Phd and they are even tough to come by but I do not think a teacher qualifies for this.

    It may be better to get a student Visa F-1 but the person needs to have a sponsor that is US Citizen, who will agree to funding them if they cannot show that they can pay for the education and housing
