i am a second yr student at college, doing a child care course, i am doing a research project on omega 3 fish oils, i wld be greateful 4 an parents with young children to tel me wot they no bout it. thanx...

i need to collect infor to annalyse it bic. that is what research is about....

    as a child educator, please use proper spellings, about the omega3 research, you could find many answers at the serach engines, i mean your question is so open, the answers will all surface.

    I give my son flax oil daily. I also take flax and fish oil because I am nursing my baby. I have read that it helps their brain develop.
